Oceana by Wyndham Vacation Rentals is hiring full-time, seasonal Guest Services Associates located in North Myrtle Beach. These positions will be responsible for ensuring our Count on Me! service standards are met on a consistent basis with both our external and internal customers. Front desk duties such as: Checking guests in and out, delivering outstanding customer service, fielding complaints and maintenance/housekeeping requests. These positions will last through the summer season.
Qualified candidates must be able to work week day evenings, weekends, holidays and some on-call hours. Candidates must have Microsoft office experience, strong communication and customer service skills. Candidates must be detail oriented and able to work independently.
