Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate a team of approx 10-20 Community
Marketing Agents to ensure all team goals are exceeded
Develop and implement regular trainings, staff
development and retention programs in conjunction with other team leaders
Maintain targeted staffing levels for the team
Manage day to day relationships with all relevant Sales,
Business and Corporate partners
Manage and Motivate team to deliver Count on Me
Service
Coordinate with HR on all Policies & Procedures and
oversee performance management
Minimum
Qualifications:
Two
plus years marketing/sales experience required. Internal Wyndham
experience or external timeshare experience in a similar role preferred
One to Two years of demonstrated
successful Management Experience
Must be able to work Nights, Weekends
and Holidays
Excellent skills regarding
creating partnerships, big picture analysis, and excellent
follow up
Excellent customer service
skills with the ability to service both internal and external customers
Must
be adaptable to change
Proficient
in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required
Proficiency
in WVO Applications such as CRS and Hyperion preferred
Clear concise written and verbal
communication skills mandatory
Track record of excellent
leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
BA or BS preferred or equivalent
work experience
Job: MarketingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
