Engineering Dispatcher - Avista Resort (Full-time, Day Shift) Job Description - Theteam member in this position is responsible for efficiently dispatching callsto and from technicians throughout the property.
TheEngineering Dispatch will also handle basic office duty work for the EngineeringDepartment.
Thedispatcher is responsible for efficiently dispatching calls to and fromtechnicians throughout the property.
Dispatchers will also handle basic officeduty work for the engineering department, receive and store inventory accordingto standards as well as maintain property inventory records.
Requirements- oMaintain andupdate the work order system following procedure/policy.
oDelegateduties and projects with consistent follow-up and in coordination with themanager for daily tasks.
oSupportiveFunctions.
oMaintaina clean and organized work area.
oPromptlyresolve any guest complaints or issues.
oCommunicateeffectively and promptly between departments.
